Another Movie

Gone Baby Gone is a must see.  I cried through many parts of this movie.  Two things that make me ball, death of cops and death of kids.  Just hearing taps makes me start to cry.  This is movie is just... really intense.  It makes you wonder how far you would go.  Where is the line of right and wrong?  I can't imagine seeing a child who had just been murdered and then NOT killing the son of a bitch that did it.  Where's the line?

Having thought about this for a long time for years, and then training ina defensive only martial art, I can say that if you lower yourself to the level of the monster who killed a kid, then you lose part of your own humanity. All Life is Sacred, even the life of the murderer, and we will never have a culture that reveres life if we say it is allowable to kill another human being for any reason other than immediate self defense. I'm not saying that you would not want to kill the person, but you would need to remind yourself that you are better than that.

Hi Jamie,
Thanks for the tip.  Gone Baby Gone was playing (I think) on the plane I took yesterday but unfortunately I watched five minutes of Mr. Magorium's Magical Emporium and fell into a magical, sleeplike spell.  By the time I woke up, we were almost coming in for a landing.
Best,
Marty

I never heard of this movie.  It sounds great, if I ever get to Blockbuster I'll look for it.
